Public Flu Vaccine Clinic, Nov. 9, 2024

As flu season approaches, protecting our community through vaccination is more important than ever. York Hospital is pleased to announce a public flu vaccine clinic. Here are the details.

WHEN: Saturday, November 9, 2024, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

WHERE: York Hospital Dining Room, 3 Loving Kindness Way, York

ENTRY TO CLINIC: Please use the Lab Entrance, 3 Loving Kindness Way. The clinic is wheelchair-accessible, and wheelchairs will be available at the entrance.

CHECK-IN: Mulvihill Conference Room (York Hospital personnel will direct you to the Mulvihill Conference Room).

REGISTRATION: Registration is required through SignUp Genius. Please opt for an open time slot. If you need help registering, please call (207) 351-3537 to leave a message or email volunteer@yorkhospital.com.

*PLEASE NOTE: If you are 19 and under, flu shots are available to you at no cost from your Primary Care Provider (PCP) or pediatrician. Anyone under 19 should call their PCP to schedule their flu shot. To be connected to a York Hospital provider taking new patients, please call (207) 351-1710. 

WHAT TO BRING:  Please bring the following documents with you:

• Identification
• Insurance Card
• Influenza Patient Consent 2024-2025. Please complete in full and bring with you. Click to download. 

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION: Vaccines are allocated based on the number of reservations. If you need to cancel, please delete your appointment in SignUp Genius. If you have difficulty canceling your appointment, please call (207) 351-3537  or email volunteer@yorkhospital.com.
