York Hospital Cardiovascular Care of New Hampshire to Relocate as of June 17, 2024
York Hospital's provider practice York Hospital Cardiovascular Care of New Hampshire will be moving from its current location on Woodbury Avenue in Newington to a new location at 75 Portsmouth Blvd., Suite 310 in Portsmouth, effective Monday, June 17, 2024. The new office is approximately one mile away in the business park behind the Market Basket Plaza.
The cardiovascular care provider team of Jonathan Bridges, MD, Jeffrey Colnes, MD, Alex Gold, MD, Vera Ivanova, MSN, APRN, John Knight, PA-C, Krista Michelin, MD, and Erin Rafferty, MD will continue to see and treat patients at the new Portsmouth location. York Hospital’s additional office locations on the Main Campus and Long Sands Road in York remain open and seeing patients as usual.
